Grief is a feeling that we have when we miss or lose someone or something important to us. Our grief can feel like sadness, and means we loved who or what we’re missing a lot. Sharing with others when we feel grief is so important! When we share our grief we are never alone. Join me in a conversation about grief, loss, sadness, and love.
